Rachel Holder

Rachel Holder is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and technical leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Technical Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems since March 2019, Rachel oversees program management to ensure portfolio success. Previously, Rachel worked as a Senior Engineering Project Lead at Alion Science and Technology, where advanced technical concepts supported complex program strategies. As a Ship Supervisor II at BAE Systems, Rachel displayed strong leadership skills, enhanced through an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University. Rachel began their career at SAIC as a Hydraulics Engineer, focusing on machinery systems maintenance and management. Rachel holds multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Marine Engineering from California State University Maritime Academy.
