Scott B. began their work experience in 1981 at Motorola Government Electronics, where they held various positions for over 20 years. In 2001, they joined General Dynamics Mission Systems as the Director of Architecrures and Technology for Communications Networks, where they served as the technical authority for the integrated ground segments of the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS). Throughout their career at General Dynamics, Scott took on roles such as Engineering Fellow, Chief Architect, Vice President of Innovation, and most recently, Vice President, Chief Technical Officer. In these positions, they demonstrated exceptional contributions and expertise in driving engineering innovation and nurturing a culture of innovation within the company.

Scott B. received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University in 1982. Scott then attended Arizona State University from 1982 to 1987, studying Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
