Scott Blanchard

Scott Blanchard is the current VP & CTO at General Dynamics Mission Systems. Scott started their career at Motorola Government Electronics in June 1981 and held various job assignments over the next 20 years, including the development of various performance analysis software, automated test equipment development, design, test and qualification of space payloads, development of SIGINT systems, Cellular systems engineering and development, military radio development, lead systems engineer for the US Government Iridium Gateway, and Chief Architect for MUOS Ground System.

Scott Blanchard received a BS in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University and a Field in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Arizona State University.

Scott Blanchard reports to Chris Brady, President. They work with Bo Elam - VP & CFO, Devon Engel - VP & General Counsel, and Michael McDermott - VP, Marketing.
