Sandeep Tripathi

Sandeep Tripathi serves as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Hollister Incorporated since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sandeep Tripathi held various leadership positions at BD from August 2008 to September 2025, including Vice President of R&D for Infusion and Injection Therapy Management and Vascular Management & Combination Products, leading global teams and managing significant revenue across multiple platforms. Sandeep Tripathi also worked at GE as a Program Leader and at Sandia National Laboratories as a Modeling Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University, a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a degree in Leadership & Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
