Manu Sabharwal

Manu Sabharwal currently serves as the VP of Global Tax and Treasury at MKS Instruments since July 2022. Prior to this role, Manu Sabharwal has held various positions at General Dynamics since June 2007, including Director of Tax Planning and Compliance, Director of Taxes & Insurance for the Combat Systems Group, and Senior Tax Manager, with responsibilities encompassing tax functions for an $8B+ segment and international tax structure planning. Earlier experience includes roles at General Dynamics C4 Systems and General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works, focusing on federal, state, local tax compliance, and planning. Education includes a Master’s in Tax from Arizona State University, a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine, and a BS in Commerce from Delhi University.
