Allison Pineau-Good has been with General Electric for over twenty years, starting in 1999. Allison has held various finance positions during their time with the company, including GLOBAL OPERATIONAL CONTROLLERSHIP & INTERCOMPANY CENTER OF EXCELLENCE LEADER and Financial Management Program (FMP) Training Instructor. Allison is currently the Chief Compliance Officer for Steam Power at GE.

Allison has been recognized year after year for their innovative training delivery, and they have personal experience and testimonies for future GE Finance leaders. As the GLOBAL OPERATIONAL CONTROLLERSHIP & INTERCOMPANY CENTER OF EXCELLENCE LEADER, they were responsible for driving the financial performance of 150+ internal affiliates with annual volumes of $12B. Allison managed a direct team of 6 and an extended team of 110. Her key focus was to provide strategic leadership and tactical guidance on due to and due from accounting, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, and partnering with cross-functional finance teams including tax, treasury, supply chain and commercial. Allison also owned the $80M budget for Global Controllership base costs reporting actual and budget guidance as well as managing the Account Reconciliation process for all of GE Healthcare.

As the Chief Compliance Officer for Steam Power at GE, Allison is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant regulations. Allison works closely with GE’s legal team to make sure that the company is meeting all its obligations. Allison is a highly respected member of the GE community, and their experience and expertise are invaluable assets to the company.

Allison Pineau-Good has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Allison also participated in a Business Exchange Program at ESCP Business School and an Exchange Year Abroad at The University of Bonn. Allison has a certification from INSEAD Executive Education in the INSEAD Women Leaders Programme and another certification from INSEAD in the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme. Allison also has a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and a Strategic IQ: Creating Smarter Corporations Participant certificate from Harvard Business School.
