Brian Bongiovanni has worked in the technology industry since 1999. Brian began their career as a Computer Support Technician at University College (LSU) in 1999. In 2000, they became a Computer Lab Tech and Staff Assistant for Student Support Services (LSU). In 2002, they worked as a Master Control Operator for WNOL-TV Channel 38. In 2004, they were a Sales Associate/Cashier for CompUSA, and a Marketing Assistant for Superior Merchandise Company/ Tandy Brands Accessories Inc. From 2006 to 2014, they worked for Cox Communications as a Southeast Regional NOC Technician and a Telephony Support Specialist / ROC Specialist, where they managed the network inventory database, added network elements to customer accounts in ICOMs, and placed and tracked number portability orders with ILEC's and CLEC's. In 2014, they worked as an Engineer - Level I for General Informatics and a Customer Service Specialist for AT&T Mobilility.

Brian Bongiovanni received their diploma from Archbishop Rummel High School in 1996. Brian then attended Louisiana State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Mass Communications in 2001. During their time at LSU, they also attended the University of New Orleans for Film and TV Production from 1998 to 1999.
