Anna Rowland

Anna Rowland has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anna is currently working as a Transformational Executive Coach at InSight Transformational Coaching since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at General Medical Council as the Assistant Director of Policy and Business Transformation and Executive Coach, where they were responsible for fitness to practice policies and implementing reform programs. Anna has also worked at The Law Society as the Acting Head of Regulatory Affairs and at Civil Justice Council as a Council Member, contributing to the development of a more effective civil justice process. Anna has had various policy adviser roles at The Law Society of England and Wales in civil litigation, family law, and children law. Anna started their career as an Assistant Solicitor at Russell Hobson & Co and also worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Corbould Rigby & Co.

Anna Rowland has a diverse educational background. Anna completed their ILM7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from Lois Burton Ltd from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they pursued a career in law and attended The College of Law, now known as The University of Law. From 1994 to 1996, they completed the Professional Skills Course, specializing in professional skills in law. Before that, they obtained their Legal Practice Course degree in 1993 and their Common Professional Exam degree in 1992, both from The College of Law. Anna began their academic journey at Swansea University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Earlier on, they attended Our Lady's Convent High School in London N16 from 1975 to 1982, although their specific degree and field of study during this period are unknown.
