Goeran Walther

Goeran Walther is a seasoned professional in the field of food science and technology with extensive experience at General Mills since October 2005, where roles have included Sr R&D Principal Scientist and various other senior scientist positions. Prior to this, Goeran served as a Research Associate at Technische Universität Berlin, conducting contract research in extrusion and encapsulation and contributing to academic teachings in food technology. Goeran's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Technische Universität Berlin, alongside an M.S. and B.S. in the same field, with a specialization in grain and baking technology. Additionally, Goeran began a career as a professional baker, further enhancing expertise in the food industry.
