Halle Sparks

Halle Sparks is an experienced R&D Innovation Scientist at General Mills since February 2023, with a previous background at Ardent Mills where roles included Assistant Quality Manager and Quality Development Associate from July 2019 to February 2023. Halle gained valuable experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at Ardent Mills in summer 2018 and served as a Food Science Student Representative at Kansas State University from May 2017 to May 2019. Additionally, Halle conducted undergraduate research while studying at Kansas State University from August 2013 to May 2016. Halle holds a Master's degree in Food Science & Industry from Kansas State University, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field. Educational background includes attendance at Crossroads College Preparatory School from 2007 to 2013.
