Jacob Petersen

Jacob Petersen has a strong background in customer account management and operations, currently serving as Customer Account Lead II at General Mills since June 2020, after progressing through roles as Trade Planning Associate and Customer Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an Order Management Associate at Sign-Zone, LLC (September 2018 - May 2020) and as an Outside Sales Representative at Fastenal Company (April 2018 - August 2018). Jacob also gained experience as a Sales and Service Associate at The Inn on Lake Superior from April 2016 to April 2018. An alumnus of the University of Minnesota Duluth, Jacob completed studies from 2013 to 2017.
