Jose Mainardi

Jose Mainardi is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on mechanical engineering and project management. Currently, Jose serves as the Plant Technical Manager at General Mills, where responsibilities have included roles as Associate Plant Technical Manager, Maintenance Manager, Sr. Project Engineer, and Project Engineer since February 2015. Prior to joining General Mills, Jose worked as a Project Engineer at Red Star Yeast Company LLC from June 2008 to February 2015, overseeing projects related to equipment installation and improvements. Jose began a career in engineering as an Engineering Intern at Janssen-Ortho in mid-2007. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned in 2008.
