Leena Kutumbale has extensive experience in talent development, learning and development, and employee engagement, currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Communications & Engagement at General Mills since September 2016. Prior to this role, Leena held positions at Mercer as an HRBP and Capability Development Lead and at Accenture, where responsibilities included Senior Specialist roles in Capability Development, Global Careers Program, HR Service Management, and HR Initiatives. Leena's career began at Tata Motors Ltd. as a Senior HR Officer. Educationally, Leena holds advanced degrees from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
