Noa Cohen

Noa Cohen serves as the UK Public Affairs Manager at General Mills since May 2023 and holds the position of Next Generation Fellow at the Adam Smith Institute since May 2024. Additionally, Noa is the Director of Next Gen Tories since April 2023 and was previously a Senior Public Affairs Adviser at the Confederation of British Industry from July 2022 to May 2023. Prior roles include Public Affairs Manager and Senior Public Affairs Executive at the Advertising Association, focusing on public affairs strategy and outreach, and various positions involving public affairs and policy from 2015 to 2018. Noa co-founded and led the Israel Engagement Society at the University of Edinburgh, promoting discourse on the Israel-Palestine conflict. Noa's educational background includes a MA(Hons) in Politics from the University of Edinburgh and attendance at St Paul's Girls' School.
