Scott Hemink

Scott Hemink serves as the Senior Director of Global Knowledge & Packaging Solutions at General Mills, where responsibilities include leading enterprise packaging initiatives in sustainability and cost savings. Hemink has held multiple roles within General Mills, including Director of Research, Development, and Quality for Packaging, and has managed extensive R&D activities for notable Meals Brands. Prior experience includes logistics and technical management roles at Procter & Gamble, alongside an internship at Burroughs Wellcome. Hemink has also contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for The Recycling Partnership. Educationally, Hemink holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
