Wendy Unglaub

Wendy Unglaub serves as the Vice President, Chief Tax Officer and Treasurer at General Mills since February 2020, with previous roles including Executive Sponsor of the G-Works Venture Studio and Acting Treasurer. Additionally, Wendy has held positions such as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and Independent Board Member at Nutrabolt, along with Chair of the Tax Committee at the National Association of Manufacturers and Vice Chair of the Tax Leadership Team at the United States Council for International Business. Board membership at the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce has also been part of Wendy's contributions since June 2022. Previous experience includes leadership roles in tax at Ecolab, the American Chemistry Council, Microsoft, and Cargill, as well as serving as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Wendy's academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
