Darren Smith

Darren Smith has extensive experience in credit operations and management, currently holding the position of Vice President of Credit Operations - Dealer Services at GM Financial since April 1999, where responsibilities include developing dealer relationships and overseeing credit decisions. Prior to this role, Darren managed credit risk for the Southwest Region at JP Morgan Chase from July 2009 to June 2010, and led credit underwriting and collections as a Credit Center Manager at CitiFinancial and Avco Financial between January 1989 and March 1999.
