Katie Turner

Katie Turner serves as Senior Vice President of HR Strategy and Organizational Development at GM Financial, with extensive experience in talent strategy, organizational design, employee experience, and leadership development. Previously held roles include Vice President Global Head of Talent Development & Org Capability and Assistant Vice President of Leadership and Organizational Development at GM Financial. Prior experience includes positions at Flowserve, ADT Security Services, Broadview Security, Brink's Home Security, and MCI, where Katie developed high-potential employee programs, led organizational development initiatives, and facilitated training programs. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Missouri State University.
