Paola Iovino

Paola Iovino serves as the Digital Marketing Assistant Vice President for International Operations at GM Financial, a role held since January 2015. Iovino has extensive experience in customer relationship management and digital marketing, having pioneered comprehensive CRM strategies that significantly improved communication efficiency and sales performance across multiple countries. Previous positions at GM Financial include Customer Relationship Management Senior Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, where Iovino established frameworks and enhanced user experiences in various Latin American markets. Before GM Financial, Iovino worked at Mastercard Advisors and PosteMobile, focusing on marketing strategies and product launches. Iovino's early career included participation as a professional tennis player representing Venezuela in international competitions. Iovino holds a Master’s degree in International Management from EADA Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University.
