Alexander Kuzmin

Alexander (Sasha) Kuzmin, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and project financing. Currently serving as Manager in Corporate Development and Global M&A at General Motors since July 2021, Kuzmin has contributed to initiatives such as the business case for Ultium Commercial Services and the issuance of $2B Green Bonds. Previous roles include positions at Tellus and FundAdminChain, focusing on business development and product strategy within fintech startups. Earlier experience at Sberbank CIB included leadership roles in corporate and investment banking, dealing with complex deal structuring and credit risks.
