Lucy Tate is an experienced communications and partnerships leader with a rich background in brand engagement and creator solutions. Currently serving as Director of Communications, Creator Engagements at General Motors since December 2024, Lucy previously held roles as VP of Brand and Community at The Lighthouse and Vice President of Partnerships at Spotter. Notably, Lucy spent nearly nine years at YouTube, culminating in the role of Global Head, Creator Engagement, and experience in influencer marketing strategy. Prior to that, an extensive tenure at Google involved leading partner sales on the West Coast and serving as Senior Account Director at DoubleClick. Early career experiences include managing rich media accounts at Klipmart, working as a location manager at Garlin Pictures, and training as an architect in New York. Lucy Tate holds a Master of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of Cambridge.
