Sheila Savageau

Sheila Savageau has extensive experience in benefits and human resource management, having held leadership positions at several prominent companies. At General Motors, Sheila serves as the Director of Global Benefits and Rewards Operations, along with roles as Global Health and Well-being Leader and U.S. Healthcare Leader. Prior experience includes directing global benefits at Ingersoll Rand Company and overseeing benefits, compensation, and HRIS at Cato Corporation. Sheila also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Midland Life Insurance and served as Benefits Manager at Frigidaire Company. Sheila earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1990 to 1994.
