Terry Wei

Terry Wei currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief Communications Officer at General Motors, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Terry held various prominent positions at Google from October 2017 to December 2023, including Head of Geo Internal Communications and Global Head of Waze Communications, managing comprehensive communication strategies for multiple Google products. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Squarespace, Mercedes-Benz USA, LFB Media Group, and 5W Public Relations, where Terry developed and executed strategic communications campaigns. Terry's career began with internships in publishing and media, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wesleyan University and study abroad in Irish and English literature at the University of Galway.
