Kristin Cortese

Kristin Cortese is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in population health and clinical quality operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Population Health and Transformation and Director of Clinical Quality Operations at Great Lakes Integrated Network (GLIN)/Optimum Physician Alliance, LLC since March 2021, Kristin has previously held the role of Director of Quality Performance at GENERAL PHYSICIAN, P.C. since March 2019. Kristin's earlier career includes serving as Coordinator of Clinical Transformation and EHR Specialist at Catholic Medical Partners from August 2010 to March 2021. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Canisius College and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University at Buffalo.
