Jason Edeliant

Jason Edeliant is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in safety management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Safety at General Produce Company since March 2022, Jason leads strategic initiatives in talent management, organizational performance, and occupational health policies. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at Pacific Coast Producers, Jason successfully implemented recruitment strategies to mitigate labor shortages during the pandemic and ensured workplace safety. Jason has also held key HR roles at HUHTAMAKI AMERICAS, INC., the Department of Social Services in Santa Barbara County, Teleplan International, and Purple Communications, Inc. Jason's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento, along with an Associate Degree from San Joaquin Delta College.
