Austin Black

Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer at General Radar Corp.

Austin Black has over a decade of work experience across various industries. Austin started their career in 2011 as a Standards Coordinator at Husky Injection Molding Systems. In 2012, they worked at Borg Warner Automotive as a Parts Processing member and was also a part of the design and implementation team for the SCADA system. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Raytheon as a Systems Engineer II where their work involved radar system integration of new capabilities and algorithms and analysis of both simulations and live operation data. In 2016, they moved to BAE Systems as a Systems Engineer. In 2017, they joined Raytheon Missiles & Defense as a Principal Systems Engineer and worked there until mid-2023. Currently, they are working at General Radar Corp. as a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer.

Austin Black earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University spanning from 2009 to 2013.
