Diane Rice has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Diane began their career at Tax Express as a Partner and worked there for seven years. Diane then joined U.S. Bank, where they held the positions of Assistant Vice President & Loan Administration Team Lead and later Vice President & Regional Loan Administration Manager. In 2007, Diane started working at General Revenue Corporation - A SinglePoint Company as the Manager of Client Services. Diane steadily climbed the corporate ladder and became the Director of Client & Mail Services and Account Management, overseeing various operational and support functions. Most recently, Diane assumed the role of Vice President, Business Support Services, where they continue to lead and ensure operational excellence.

Diane Rice completed their Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from the University of Cincinnati in 1981. Diane then pursued Paralegal Studies at Loyola University Chicago until 1994. In 2002, they obtained certification as a Notary Public from the State of Ohio.
