Brendan O'Hare

Brendan joined Rexel USA in March 2015 as the Rexel USA Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In July 2017, he was promoted to Vice President Finance Gexpro & Deputy CFO Rexel USA. Since the regional organization has taken place, Brendan has served as the CFO covering the eight regions where he has worked extensively with the regions to help push forward their growth initiatives. Prior to joining Rexel, Brendan was the Global Finance Director for the Water Filtration Solutions business of Pentair / Tyco where he worked closely with the commercial and product management teams to drive business initiatives. Previously, he spent over 10 years in Tyco International’s industrial businesses, having worked in various locations including: Houston, TX and Switzerland. Brendan began his career as a Forensic Auditor with Matson, Driscoll & Damico.

Brendan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in accounting from Stockton University out of New Jersey.
