Andrew Floyd has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Andrew began their career in 2010 as a 911 dispatcher at the Fort Smith Police Department. Andrew then served as an Administrative Specialist in the Marine Corps from 2012 to 2016. Following their military service, they worked as a 911 dispatcher at the Independence Police Department from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Andrew transitioned to the transportation industry and became a Truckload Fleet Manager at USA Truck, Inc. Andrew later joined ART Transport Inc in 2020, where they worked in Fleet Operations until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Truckload Operations at General Transportation Inc since 2021. Andrew has recently taken on additional responsibilities as the Director of Recruiting & Retention at the same company.

Andrew Floyd attended Greenwood Highschool from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a high school diploma. Andrew then went on to the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith from 2009 to 2012, majoring in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Andrew also studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Public Administration School, and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.
