Leonardo Etro

Leonardo Etro serves as the Director of Finance Knowledge Area and Director of International Executive Programs at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where responsibilities include teaching Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurial Finance, M&A, Corporate Valuation, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. With extensive leadership experience, Leonardo holds several important positions including Management Board Member and Associate Professor of Practice at SDA Bocconi, as well as Chairman and Founder of Madison Corporate Finance. Additional roles include independent board positions at Sanlorenzo Yacht, Generalfinance S.p.A., FILA Solutions, and Madison Capital, with a focus on financial advisory and investment in SMEs. Leonardo's educational background includes a degree with honors in Corporate Finance from Università Bocconi.
