Felix Carsten

Felix Carsten is an experienced leader in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Generali Global Assistance North America since February 2017. In this role, Felix is responsible for process improvement, driving business transformations, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic projects that have significantly increased revenue. Previously, Felix held positions such as Head of Business Excellence and Operations Strategy Manager at Generali, where initiatives led to substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements across North American entities. Felix also has a strong background in global operational excellence programs from a prior role at Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., overseeing significant efficiency gains. Felix's career began with various internships and roles within the ERGO Group and related companies, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Management and IT from Fachhochschule Nordakademie and a semester abroad in Business Administration at Universidad de Cádiz.
