Sylvain Ducros

Sylvain Ducros serves as the CEO of Generali Sigorta since September 2020, bringing extensive financial expertise to the role. Prior to this, Sylvain held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Roojai.com from September 2019 to August 2020, and served as the Finance and Technical Director at Mandiri AXA GI from December 2015 to August 2019, overseeing all finance functions including investment, strategy, reserving, product development, and claim management. Sylvain also worked as CFO and Chief Actuary at AXA Affin Insurance from November 2008 to December 2015, and held various roles at AXA, including Chief Actuary, Financial Controller, and Corporate Actuary, focusing on actuarial monitoring, product pricing, and financial management. Sylvain holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from the Institut de Science Financière et d'Assurances (I.S.F.A), completed in 1999.
