Pham Lan Anh has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Pham started their career as an HR Business Partner at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. in 2009 and worked there until 2013. Pham then joined FrieslandCampina Vietnam as an HR Business Partner for four years. In 2018, they joined Generali Vietnam Life Insurance as an HR Director and later became the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2019.
Pham Lan Anh obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from RMIT University between 1998 and 2000.
