Evgeniya Ivanova

Evgeniya Ivanova is currently the Head of CRM at Generali since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at ALD Automotive from June 2016 to February 2022, holding various titles such as Senior Customer Relationship Representative, Junior Service Coordinator, and Insurance Officer. Before ALD Automotive, they were an Insurance Expert at MKB Autopark from February 2014 to June 2016. Evgeniya Ivanova attended New Bulgarian University from 2007 to 2012 for their education.
