Ian McLennan

Ian McLennan is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as Head of Legal and Compliance at Utmost Group of Companies since March 2019 and at Generali Guernsey Group since September 2014. Previously, McLennan held significant roles including Director & Head of Compliance at HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey) Ltd from September 2011 to August 2014, and Senior Vice President, Compliance at FRM Investment Management Limited from September 2004 to September 2011. Additionally, McLennan served as Assistant Director, Compliance at Leopold Joseph & Sons (Guernsey) Limited from April 2001 to September 2004. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University, as well as various fellowships and associate degrees from respected institutions in finance, compliance, and corporate governance.
