Roberto Abbondio 陸博滔 serves as the Global Head of Digital Experience & Marketing at Generali since July 2019, focusing on transforming financial services marketing through data-driven and personalized customer experiences, as well as implementing omnichannel engagement strategies. Prior roles include Managing Director of Digital Business at Eurostar, where Roberto contributed to digital diversification, and Managing Director of Cathay Holidays Ltd at Cathay Pacific Airways, leading a significant transformation towards a digital retail model. Previous experience includes positions at Expedia and British Airways, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships, revenue management, and digital innovation. Roberto Abbondio holds an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD and degrees in Political Economics from Università Bocconi and Leadership from the University of the Witwatersrand.
