Mary Thomas

Mary Thomas currently serves as Associate Director at Generate:Biomedicines since February 2022, previously holding the role of Senior Scientist. Prior experience includes a tenure at Pfizer from May 2014 to February 2022, where Mary was promoted from Scientist to Senior Scientist, focusing on antibody discovery and optimization utilizing phage and yeast display methodologies. Mary also worked as a Senior Associate Scientist, identifying candidate molecules for antibody therapeutics, managing assay development, high-throughput screening, and molecular cloning. Mary holds a Master of Arts in Biology/Biological Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from UMass Boston.
