Michael Wolf

Michael Wolf has over 30 years of work experience in various legal and corporate roles. Michael is currently the Vice President of Transactions, Corporate and Securities Law at Generate Biomedicines, where they support corporate business development, governance, and securities law matters. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Baxter International Inc., overseeing global legal functions for mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate strategy. Before that, they worked as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate Department at Jenner & Block LLP, representing clients in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and securities law matters. Additionally, they held roles at Aon as the Vice President and Chief Counsel - Corporate, at the Chicago Board of Trade as an Associate General Counsel, at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as an Associate, at EVEREN Securities, Inc. as a Capital Markets Counsel, and at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Planning Specialist.

Michael Wolf has a B.A. in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Michael also holds a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
