Ole Wiskow

Director, Cell Biology/non-viral Gene Therapy at Generation Bio

Ole Wiskow has extensive work experience in the field of biology. Ole started their career at Harvard University as a Postdoctoral Fellow in 2011 and worked there until 2017. Ole then joined Amgen as a Scientist specializing in Neuroscience, where they worked from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Cell Biology at Generation Bio since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Principal Scientist, Cell Biology at Generation Bio from February 2020 to March 2022.

Ole Wiskow started their education in 2001 at the Technical University of Munich, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biotechnology. Ole completed this degree in 2004. Ole then proceeded to pursue a Master of Science degree in Molecular Biotechnology at the same university from 2004 to 2006. After that, Ole Wiskow continued their education at the University of Cambridge and obtained a PhD in Stem Cell Biology/Biochemistry, which they completed from 2007 to 2011.
