Benjamin DePaoli

Benjamin DePaoli has a diverse work experience. Benjamin began their career in 2011 as a Store Manager Mentor at GameStop, where they managed and developed 3 different store locations. Benjamin earned multiple customer experience awards for the years of 2013 and 2014 and helped recruit, train, and develop new associates. In 2015, they began working at Advance Auto Parts as a General Manager, where they managed the day to day operations of a 2 million dollar auto parts retail location. Benjamin also began working at Extra Space Storage that same year as a Site Manager, where they were nominated as best performing manager and was in the top 3 in overall insurance accumulation, merchandise add on's, and reservation to rental percentage. In 2019, they joined Generation Esports as the Vice President of Operations, and later became the Senior Director Of Operations and Director of Customer Success.

Benjamin DePaoli began their educational journey at Blue Springs High School, where they graduated in 2006. Benjamin then attended Metropolitan Community College in 2006-2007, completing their General Education. Benjamin went on to the University of Central Missouri, where they graduated with a degree in Marketing in 2010. During their time at the University of Central Missouri, they studied Consumer Behavior, Sales Management, Business Communications, Advertising, and Global Marketing.
