Tanisha Anand is currently the Head of Customer Success at Gen H, where Tanisha has been working since July 2021. Prior to this, Tanisha held various roles in the mortgage industry, including Mortgage Manager and Mortgage Advisor at Gen H, and Mortgage and Protection adviser at The New Homes Group. Tanisha also has experience as a Banking Consultant and Customer Service Advisor from their time at Halifax. Tanisha obtained a Certificate in Higher Education in Health and Life Science from the University of Liverpool and attended Watford Grammar School for Girls.
