Brooke Grabiner

Director of Client Services at Generation Ready

Brooke graduated from Towson University with a degree in Communication Studies, focusing on marketing, public relations, and advertising. Brooke is able to bring her years of marketing experience to the organization to help maintain client relationships and attract new customers. Her knowledge and work experience help her create an environment in which clients and consultants feel comfortable to contact her with their concerns, streamlining the processes used by clients and internal staff to create a nurturing atmosphere.

Brooke began her journey at Generation Ready 5 years ago as the Education Coordinator. During that time, she provided support and resources necessary for our Education Consultants to deliver their services in schools throughout New York City. Brooke quickly advanced to the position of Business Operations Manager, which offered her the opportunity to provide deeper assistance to clients. In her present position, Brooke serves as Customer Relations Manager where she manages all clients and consultants.

Coming from a family of educators, who strived to ensure success for all students, Brooke was motivated to follow in their footsteps. Working with Generation Ready, a premier Professional Development company gives her the opportunity to support teachers and leaders to develop schools of excellence.
