Brent Engle

Chief Customer Officer at Generation Tux

Brent Engle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brent started their career as a Co-op at Nortel Networks in 1998 and then worked as an Intern at GTE/Verizon in 1999. In 2000, they interned at GE Appliances, a Haier company. Following this, they joined InfoComm Systems as a Senior Consultant in 2001 and remained in that role until 2009.

In 2009, Brent transitioned to the City of Columbus, where they served as a Community IT Executive until 2012. Brent then joined Indatus in 2012 as the Director of IT Operations and later became the Vice President of Customer Experience, a role they held until 2016.

From 2016 onwards, Brent's career took an upward trajectory. Brent joined Generation Tux in 2016, where they first served as the Vice President of Customer Experience. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Marketing & Growth before assuming the role of Vice President of Data in 2018. Finally, in 2020, they were promoted to the position of Chief Customer Officer.

Additionally, while working at Generation Tux, Brent concurrently held positions at Menguin, assuming the same roles and titles. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a progression from technical and consulting roles to leadership and management positions in customer experience, marketing, growth, and data.

Brent Engle attended Purdue University from an unknown start year until 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in CIT (Computer and Information Technology).
