Minh Huy Lai

Minh Huy Lai serves as the Europe COO for Generation since February 2020, focusing on scaling operations and governance as a Board member. Prior to this, Minh Huy Lai held the position of Managing Director of the MBA Programme at INSEAD, successfully developing strategies for the flagship program and enhancing student experiences from 2016 to 2020. Minh Huy Lai's earlier roles include Executive Director of Degree Programs at HEC Paris, where oversight of multiple Executive MBA and Master programs was crucial, and Private Sector Development Specialist at The World Bank, conducting research on innovation financing in emerging markets. Additional experience includes senior leadership roles at HEC Paris, PlaNet Finance Advisory Services, and Planet Rating, alongside investment banking at JP Morgan Chase and export advisory at Export Development Canada. Educational credentials include an Executive Coaching Certificate from INSEAD, a Leadership in Microfinance Certificate from Harvard Business School, an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BBA in Business Administration from UQAM.
