Shawn Hébert

Shawn Hébert has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shawn began their career as an Installer Supervisor at Meubles Foliot / Foliot Furniture in 2015, where they managed teams of movers and ensured the timely delivery of furniture. In 2016, they worked as an Installation Coordinator at the same company, where they planned sales requirements, organized staffing, and managed facilities and sales representatives.

In 2017, they transitioned to Generix Group, where they held multiple roles. Shawn started as a Business Process Analyst, where they analyzed logistics and manufacturing processes and trained customers in warehouse system management. Shawn then became a Project Leader, responsible for managing the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems and overseeing budgeting and risk evaluation.

In 2021, Shawn became a Team Lead at Generix Group, where they supported and advised employees on human resources management, facilitated self-organization, and managed individual performance and development plans. Shawn later took on the role of BPA Director, supporting teams in developing professional and software skills, participating in customer meetings, and leading multi-departmental meetings. Currently, Shawn is the Acting Director at the Project Management Office of Generix Group, where they manage various projects, participates in the management committee of the Services and Operations departments, and establishes budgets and hiring plans.

Shawn Hébert completed their DEC in accounting and trade management at Cégep Gérald-Godin from 2010 to 2013. They then pursued an Engineering degree in Operations and Logistics Engineering at École de technologie supérieure from 2014 to 2018. Currently, from 2021 to 2024, Shawn is pursuing a Post Graduate Degree in Management – Organizational Development at HEC Montréal.
