Donald Rigjien Lepcha has over 10 years of experience in web and graphic design. Donald Rigjien is currently working as a Sr. Creative Head at Genese Solution, where they manage the creative process, oversees the ideas and projects of the creative team, and collaborates with the brand team for branding and marketing communication. Prior to this, Donald worked as a Sr. Creative Designer at F1Soft International Pvt. Ltd., eSewapasal, Nirmal Web Studio, and EBPearls Pty Ltd, where they were responsible for creating visual presentations, refining images and layouts, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams to meet deadlines. Before that, they worked as a Web Designer at A.M Nepal, WebworkUS LLC, Radiant Technology, and Professional Computer System, where they developed websites, collaborated with backend developers, and optimized web technology. Donald is skilled in HTML, CSS, and graphic design software and has a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.

Donald Rigjien Lepcha completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from St.Xaviers College from 2007 to 2011.
