Samantha Orvis

Samantha Orvis is an experienced legal professional specializing in insurance defense and coverage litigation, currently serving as an Executive Partner at Secrest Wardle since May 2024, with a practice that has expanded to alternative dispute resolution services. Orvis has held various roles as a Case Evaluator for both the County of Saginaw and Genesee County since 2021 and 2018, respectively. Previously, Orvis was the Managing Shareholder at Garan Lucow Miller, P.C. from June 2016 to May 2024, where responsibilities included defending clients in litigation on a range of personal injury actions, and held roles as Associate Attorney and Shareholder at the same firm. Additional experience includes serving as Trial Attorney in the Nationwide Trial Division and Associate Attorney at Sullivan, Ward, Asher & Patton, P.C., where significant contributions were made in managing cases and trials in various areas of insurance defense.
