Demarcus A. Pegues

DeMarcus A. Pegues, Ph.D. is a distinguished consulting partner at eXecutive Leadership Partners since April 2023, with extensive experience as an executive coach and leadership consultant at Genesis Advisers and Executive Development Consulting since February 2021. Additionally, DeMarcus serves as an executive coach and facilitator for IMD Business School and holds a position as an adjunct assistant professor of practice and coaching supervisor at Teachers College, Columbia University, where a graduate-level curriculum on Process Consultation was designed for master’s and doctoral students. Previous roles include senior manager of talent development at athenahealth and leadership development consultant at Tiffany & Co., among other consulting positions.
