Natalie O'Neill

Natalie O'Neill is an experienced professional in the fields of executive coaching, organizational psychology, and leadership consulting. Currently serving as the Director at Talent Matters Pte Ltd since March 2012, O'Neill specializes in executive and team coaching as well as group process facilitation. In addition to this role, O'Neill has been involved with INSEAD since November 2017 as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, working across various programs including MBA and Executive MBA. Previous positions include Regional Lead APAC at PeopleWise, Senior Associate at Korn Ferry Hay Group, and various roles at other prestigious organizations such as PDI Ninth House and ER Consultants. O'Neill holds an MSc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey, a Master's degree in Counselling from Monash University, and a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
