Pari Namazie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consultancy, intercultural communication, and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Eurasian Nexus Partners since September 2018 and as a Leadership Consultant at Genesis Advisers since January 2023, Pari specializes in enhancing performance and facilitating leadership transitions. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Vienna Global Leaders and Chairwoman of The Simorgh, Pari fosters platforms for leadership learning and cultural exchange between West Asia and Europe. With a background that includes lecturing at Freie Universität Berlin and previous roles such as Managing Partner at Atieh International and Chairwoman of Atieh Roshan Consulting, Pari has a robust foundation in strategic HR consultancy and talent development.
